Chuck,
I want to thank you for your knowledge and constant
support as we worked my body back to health. Of
everything I have done on this journey of having
West Nile’s disease, working with you has been a key
turning point. Your positive encouragement was a
constant that I could depend on, even when I felt
like I wouldn’t ever get better. Thank you for being
the person you are, I am blessed to have been able
to spend time and have you train me .
In Gratitude and Love ,

Chuck,
I want to thank you so much for everything. You were
not only there for me as a trainer but a great
friend as well. I can confidently say that I’m ready
for the Air force both physically and mentally
thanks to you!

Chuck
I just wanted to show my appreciation for all that
you have done for me. My appreciation goes far
deeper than just being thankful for helping me get
into shape, but also for inspiring me and being a
mentor to me in a time I needed it the most. I was
so lost in how I needed to prepare mentally and
physically for college, and you helped me find my
way more than you will ever know. Keep up all the
good work and continue to spread your knowledge,
wisdom and inspiration to all the other young pups
because you never know when you are going to be such
a role model to them.
Best,

Chuck,
Arthur Ashe once said… “From what we get we can make
a living; what we GIVE, however, makes a life”. I
think you are an amazing man with incredible
talents. I don’t think you know how many times I
have walked in feeling like I didn’t have the right
to be there and walked out feeling like anything was
possible. You have always inspired me to require
more of myself… to dig deep and find out how badly I
wanted it… a question I was afraid to get the answer
to Although at time I felt like a failure, I never
saw it reflected back in your eyes. You’ve made me
take a hard look at the destination I’m after and
taught me how to enjoy the everyday journey in
getting there. You asked me once what has mad the
difference in the start of my Metamorphosis… who
made the difference is YOU!!!
Thank you for being an incredible example of how you
live your life by what you so freely GIVE…
And THANK YOU for sharing all your special gifts
with me.
Always,
Kristine Malcome
