My name is Udeme Udofia and I am a
third-year football player at Stanford University.
Football is both a physically taxing sport as well
as mentally. Therefore, I need the best training
available to elevate my performance in order to
succeed on the field. That is why I go to Champions
Training and train with Chuck Howard.
Chuck provides the best training and support system in
order to achieve my maximum athletic potential. This
training and the constant positive motivation gave
the confidence and edge I needed to gain a starting
position at outside linebacker and the confidence to
succeed on the field.

When I first came in contact with Chuck I was a high
school senior football player with nation wide
acclaim for my talents. Throughout the season I
would see Chuck once a week to get stretched out
before my games which was helpful.
However on the
first play of the eighth game I suffered a
devastating injury in which I broke my left leg in
four places, broke my left ankle, and tore all the
tendons and ligaments in my left ankle. At that
point the injury was so severe that I was bedridden
for nearly two months and also faced the possibility
that I may not be able to continue with my football
career. During the time when I was inactive my
weight ballooned to 360 lbs and I faced the
challenge of not only trying to come back and play
football after the injury, but also needing to lose
a large amount of weight. About three months after
the injury Chuck and I sat down and developed a plan
and went right into action. I worked with him five
days a week and he helped me monitor my diet in
order to increase performance in my workouts but
also help me lose the weight I needed to in order to
perform.
The road to recovery through rehab and
exercise was trying but working with Chuck helped me
tremendously. Now a year later I have lost 65 lbs
and now am a lean 295 lbs and have never felt
better.
