Classes. Our classes range from:
Total BLAST™ ( Butt, Leg, Arm, Shoulder,
Training) – this is a heart pumping 60 min
treadmill & strength training class that is
guaranteed to kick your butt.
Strength Circuit – This 60 min workout
focuses on total body strength & core work.
Kickboxing – Move over Tae Bo, we
have a new dimension to add to the group kickboxing
craze. Burn more calories than you ever imagined in
this 60 min total body conditioning & self defense
program. All fitness levels are welcome. Some
personal equipment will be needed (i.e. hand wraps,
gloves) Total Body Conditioning
– 60 min workout that utilizes bodyweight exercises
& functional training devices to workout your body
like its never been before. This is a good program
for beginners to advance as specific modifications
can be utilized for each exercise. Great class for
those who are bored with the same old workout.
Karate - 60 min workout in Tang Soo Do,
Korean Karate. It improves health & fitness due to
it’s strong emphasis on maximizing cardiovascular &
aerobic fitness. This class will increase your
Flexibility, strength, & stamina. Taught by Master
Phreddie Minnifield.
EFC (Express Fitness Circuit Classes)
30 minutes of true circuit training. We do not use
ineffective hydraulic machines. This program will
yield real results and teach life changing habits.
