Fitness Testing & Programs
A fitness test is performed to analyze the client's
current physical condition and to use as a
comparison at pre-decided intervals or milestones.
Testing includes caliper measurements, postural
analysis, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness,
physical strength, power, endurance, and range of
motion.
