Personal Training Philosophy:
"God has given me the talent to lead, motivate and inspire individuals to achieve the unthinkable. My training philosophy is to train and prepare the body for life and making it fun in the process. I'm a true believer in Phillipians 4:13 that says "I CAN DO ALL THINGS IN CHRIST WHO STRENGTHENS ME" There is no mountain too high or giant too big to overcome if you only believe "YOU CAN DO IT!!"
